This storefront at 229 East Arrow Highway in Glendora I always thought was a small bar. I stopped today and discovered it is actually a barbershop. The PE is referencing the Pacific Electric trolly cars that used to provide public transportation in southern California before automobiles, freeways, etc., became them norm.
