Clouds after Sunrise This Morning

We seemed to have traded a few degrees of temperature for a large increase in humidity this morning.   Not sure which is worse.

Sunrise in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley

Bracing for a second straight day of 110+ degree heat.  Thank heavens no power outage here.  (Fingers crossed for today.)  I can only imagine what this month's electric bill will be.

Eugene Watt's Halloween Decorations

Mr. Watt decorates his house and yard every year at Halloween.  Yesterday, while I was taking photos of his Halloween decorations from the sidewalk, he invited me to photograph close-up.  Here are four samples.  The entire set of photos are available in my Flickr album (see link below).  Mr. Watt's home is located on the southwest corner of East Cypress Street and Hollenbeck Avenue in Covina.

You can see all the photos that I took in my special Flickr album by clicking here.
