Mr. Watt decorates his house and yard every year at Halloween. Yesterday, while I was taking photos of his Halloween decorations from the sidewalk, he invited me to photograph close-up. Mr. Watt's home is located on the southwest corner of East Cypress Street and Hollenbeck Avenue in Covina.
